Excel 2010 Charts - Line Graph - How to specify which line is on top?

If the series are all on the same axis then changing the plot order via the Select data dialog will alter which line is draw on top.
It will also change the legend sequence.

If the legend sequence is important add more series repeating the data and delete legend entries in order to create desired legend
