    Auto scale X axis

I have recently upgrade to office 2010 including excel. I had a worksheet that has data added to it each month and a three element line chart was created. The X axis is the data. The x axis was scaled by the dates. There was an option in earlier version that allows you to ignore cell that were blank. This allow the X axis to auto scale. Is the option available in 2010 and if so where?

The option for hidden and empty cells is on the Select Data dialog. Same place as xl2007.
If you upgraded from xl2003 or older this setting used to be on the tools > options > chart dialog.
