I would really like to make this graph? Do you know what it is called? And is it possible to make it in Excel?

Looks like the mortality chart developed by Florence Nightingale

There was a quiz programme on a week or two ago that mentioned the name of it, not sure it's possible in Excel though.

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.
I don't know what it is called, but two things come to mind. Ok three.
1. It's a graph of his previous education/work experience. Cool in theory, but would likely go in the bin unless he proved that he created the concept rather than borrowing it from someone else. There's a good chance someone reading resumes just wants to see dates and accomplishments.
2. It was likely done in an illustrator program such as, well, Illustrator. Or Photoshop, etc. If it *could* be done in Excel, I honestly wouldn't want to attempt it. Purchasing a design product and learning it might be cheaper and take less time. Which leads me to point 3.
3. This belongs in the Charting forum. I'll move it there now, so maybe one of our Charting gurus can take a look. Please post in the correct forum going forward.
Thanks!
Thank you for your responses Special-K and Paul. My guess was it was made in Photoshop, but I figured it would not hurt to ask. I am not looking to use it in a resume, rather I was looking for a creative way to show a different aspect of advertising dates in a visual manner that would allow the reader to see the full dates colored with overlapping, I just thought this looked more functional in the long run than my current timeline.![]()
Thank you for moving this post to the correct location.

MarvinP...Thank you I will look into these styles, I am not sure if they will function how I want them too. I will have to see if I can manipulate the information to do what I want them too.
Thanks again,
Nikki
You can manipulate the radar chart.

You would have to use word art for the curved labels.
One test is worth a thousand opinions.
