Bubble chart with additional Y axis values

Hi, I'm new to this forum, and I'm trying to figure Excel out for myself, but it's been very frustrating. I'm trying to create a chart to show horizontal lines for the Y value (or series in a stacked column chart) to refer to the piece heights on a concrete manhole, but I also want to show bubbles to identify the holes at the proper size and height. I've attached a little sketch I made of the chart I want (or something similar) that might help to explain what I'm aiming for. I want to be able to show all three values on the same chart (piece height as lines on Y axis, hole height and hole size). Is there any way that this can be done. I don't know anything about VBA, so this is not an option for me. I've figured out how to make separate stacked column chart (to show piece heights) and bubble chart (to show holes), but there is apparently no way to combine them. Please let me know if you can help.
