Gridlines on a line graph

Hi, on my linegraph that I have produced I have selected to show major and minor lines on both horizontal and vertical axis. The horizontal lines show 4 minor lines between each major and the vertical lines only show 1 minor between each major. Is there a way of displaying 4 lines between each major on the vertical? Try seting the intervals on the axis tick marks to fixed and specifying a ratio of 4:1 for major and minor.

Then add your minor gridlines.

It only seems to give me the options to select fixed intervals on the vertical axis, the horizontal axis is giving me different options. I have attached a copy of my graph so that you can see if there is a reason why im not able to solve the problem

You are using a line graph which has categories along the X axis rather than values. As your load figures increment by one each time, this works OK. If you didn't have a regular set of load values, your graph would not adjust to reflect this.

You need to try a scatter graph instead in which case the axes are treated in the same way.
