Grouping series with Target line

Hi Forum

I am struggling with what I would have thought was quite simple. I have a simple list of %'s and need to group them together with a line showning the target %. I can group them together using a pivot table but cannot introdyce the target line. I can introduce the target line by creating a chart instead of a pivot table but cannot group the series

please can anyone help me - this urgent and I am desperate
