Excel 2007 Pivot Chart Issue

I have a simple pivot table, showing year, month, and two data fields that are percentages based off of a total value (so the sum of these two percents would be the complete 100%). Created a line pivot chart to show the trend of the percentages. Series one works correctly; you see the correct percentages and the trent. However, series two on the chart is all at 100%. I have tried to do the average of and the sum of the second series, same result. Is there anything I'm missing when I am trying to set up this chart? I have attached it with a sample of the data.
