Excel Chart Variable Y Axis

I need to change the y axis to be a variable becuase the numbers I want show on my chart start at $.07 to $2,060,000 and span over the years 2009 to 1965. How do I do this?

Can I format the axis? How? I need this done like yesterday... Can anyone please help. If you look at my chart the data for the years 1995 - 2009 don't even show up on my chart I need them to show up.
