I'm using Excel 2007. I have data showing rates for three race groups, from 2003-2005. The data are in "long format" like below:

Black 2003 36.5
Black 2004 37.5
Black 2005 39.5
White 2003 38.7
White 2004 41.0
White 2005 44.3
Other 2003 18.7
Other 2004 27.3
Other 2005 29.1
Without restructuring/transposing the data, is there any way to create a trend graph that shows the rates (Y axis) over time (X axis) by race (the series)? (i.e. highlight everything, choose line graph, etc.)

In it's current structure, the graph wizard doesn't detect that there are data points for three race groups, for three intervals (2003, 2004, and 2005).

I have a lot of tables with data in this structure, so I'm hoping to avoid having to transpose the data and instead work with it as is.
