Adding additional grid lines

Hi,
I am creating a line chart to show how many passengers are riding in a vehicle at different times of day. I have my riders as Y and times as X. I would like to include an additional Y series that shows the capacity of different vehicles.

The goal is to show when my ridership falls below or surpasses certain capacity levels.

Any advice? My knowledge of VBA is 0
