Insert Cell contents into Chart Title

I have a Template that is opened each day, populated throughout the day and saved with a new name. The data is charted on a separate tab.

One of the cells in the data collection sheet contains the date. I would like to find a way to incorporate the date from the data sheet onto the chart, either in a text box or within the Chart Title. Is this possible without using a macro?
