Help arranging data to create a stacked column chart.

Hello, I need some help arranging my data to create a stacked column chart so that the total/pass/fail values for each quarter are represented as the vertical axis and the horizontal axis is would be "name 1" through "name 5". I am a chart newbie so if you need any further explanation, please let me know!

The chart you describe is in your example workbook.

So maybe you need to clarify exactly what you expect the chart to look like.
