Can't make a chart with values on the right side of a line graph.

Hello, i have a 7 day set of values i need to input into this style of chart http://img530.imageshack.us/img530/9272/31353045.gif just the top one. I have 7 days of data to input, realtive humidity temp, and dew point.

I cannot figure out how to make this chart happen in excel 2007. It seems like it would be quite easy, i tried to do answers.com but they wanted $50 to answer how to get that chart to work, so that wasn't happening. I'm sorry for being a moron but i can't make it happen. edit* I can make simple charts with insert, chart, and bam office always does it for me, but i cannot get this to do what im looking for, sorry again im an idiot.

To have labels on the right you can set the axis labels to High.

To have labels on the left and right you will need a minimum of 2 data series.
