Excel Column Chart

I would like to make a column chart based on the data attached.

What I want to do is X axis for Time, Y axis for the value of categories(A,B,C,D...), and each column combined the the value of A0 and A1, B0 and B1.....

Cluster A,B,C,D.... and stack A0&A1, B0&B1.....

Is it possible to do that

what you want to create is called a clustered stacked column chart. You will need to re-arrange your source data and work with a few tricks, but, yes, it is possible.
