Excel 2003 - IF formula in Chart

Can you do that?

Attached is a screen shot of the table I am practicing on.

I have three sheets. The source of my chart is from three different sheets.
I only want the data (Price and Quantity) of Grape from Sheet1, Sheet2 and Sheet3.

I would like to ask if I can do an IF(B4:B8="Grape") for the 'Values'

I don't seem to know how to, since whenever I input an IF function then select the columns, my query erased.
