Incoming/Outgoing Chart

I'm looking for some creative responses, and everything I've seen on this forum, this is the place to look. I've attached a table that I've come up with, and it is functional but visably attrocious. I would like to know if someone can come up with a similar table, but easier on the eyes. Thanks in advance
