I tried all possible way i still couldnt figure it out.
i have a bar chart in which i have inserted a trend line
in office 2003 there was an option to smooth the trend line , but in excel 2007
i cannot find an option . anyone please guide .

Not for a moving average. Maybe you were thinking of one of the other trendline types.

i simply had to select the option smooth line and it will become smooth curve

In 2003 and all other versions I know of, you can smooth a scatter-plotted series, not a trendline.
All trendlines except moving average are intrinsically smooth.
whats the alternate , i want the same line to be smooth not pointy .

Use a different kind of trendline.
Or calcualte the trendline with formula and plot as xy-scatter.
Of cource the smoothing will distort the trendline and present misleading information.
