Creating Stacked Bargraphs to display Shift Times

Hi guys
I was wanting to know if anyone could help me create some bar graphs...

I have attached the sample document I am currently working with. I would like to make it so that it is one graph/day on seperate sheets... It's a bit difficult (to me anyway) because of the Big Black cell's (e.g. "Management") but unfortunately they have to stay.

If possible I would like to make it so that only those that are working appear on the graph automatically. I know its a lot to ask, but with 20 employees and not everyone working each day, it would make things a lot easier.

Any help you can give I will really appreciate it!
