Add legend titles beside lines in graph

Excel 2007
Is there a way to add a dynamic label beside a line in a line chart?
I have attached an example to show what I mean.
Currently I have used a text box to show the labels, but once I enter data in column Q or R, the graph line changes dynamically, but the text box remains in the current location.
Is there a way to have the label names (Player 1 and Player 2) as dummy data points perhaps and have them off-set from the chart lines and move accordingly if the chart lines change position.
Hope this makes sense.

Add 2 more series where only the last value is plotted. Add data labels to the new series.
