Color Fill Regions on Chart Based On Value?

Hi guys. I've been trying to figure out how to replicate a graph like the picture I have attached.

In our case, we have several switches which we have measured "actuation" voltage over several temperatures from 25 C to 140 C. So we want to somehow integrate a 3rd dimension, capacitance, like shown on the graph below. Is this possible in excel?
