Hi All,
How can I name a chart rather than Chart 8. I have a macro that creates a number of charts but in different order so would like to be able to name them.
Thanks for your help

Right click on the chart -> CHART OPTIONS -> Under the TITLES tab, enter the chart name in the CHART TITLE field

Chart object![]()

Still, with all the work done on the "Name Manager" in '07 you'd think MS would have put some work into making naming charts easier.

Jbentley, glad you found it useful.
Actually in xl2007 they have made it easier. Now you do not need to select the chart as an object as in xl2003. With the chart active the chart's name is on the Layout tab within the Properties group.
Thanks Andy,
Teaches me for not looking hard enough.
Still get ting to grips with '07
