Create chart where user select part of data

Hi All,

I am trying to find the best way to get the attached data into a chart format where a user can select a ID and view historical voltage data for that ID in the form of 1 line chart showing each aspect, so 3 lines Red, Yellow, Green.
The full data file is about 1100 Rows, by about 31 Columns, it will get to this over time as more voltages are taken.

I have tried to put the data in a pivot chart but keep having real problems getting the data in the right format.

I have done this in the past but really cannot get my head around it today..

Any help would be appreciated.
