Eliminating zero values in pie chart

I am having trouble eliminating zeros in my pie chart. I have a large set of possible axis labels and only 4 or 5 of them will have a value at any time. These charts need to be able to change as my data changes (all conditional to a dropdown). How do I get my chart to only show non-zero values?

In addition, is it possible to make all values that add up to less than 10% of the total data to pull into an "other" section in my chart automatically?

    Thanks in advance!
