Shading / coloring a target area on a line plot

Hello everyone,

I made a line plot of temperature vs. time in the month of June. I'm trying to shade the ideal target temperature between 80-85 degrees F on this plot. I added to horizontal lines with the upper and lower limits of the target range I'm trying to shade, and I would like to shade the area between these two lines. Any ideas on how to do this??

I searched the forum but I did not quite find what I'm looking for. I'm using microsoft excel 2007, but I could also use 2003. If you could give me any ideas on how to go about this or refer me to a good website or posting, I'd appreciate it.
