    Conditional Formatting a Chart

Does anyone out there know how to add conditional formatting to a column chart? Specifically -

I produce a chart weekly displaying percentage of patients seen within 4 hours of arriving at the hospital. The chart updates weekly, and I want it to automatically make any bar green that is over 98% and any bar red that's under 98%

Any way to do this without VB?

use multiple series and worksheet formula to populate 1 or other series.
