    Selective Query

Hi, I am new to this forum and although quite computer and MS office literate, I am a relative beginner when it comes to charting in excel.

What I am trying to do if produce a spreadsheet to monitor the performance of my team at work. This is fine and I am fine producing a basic chart for the general performance. What I would like to do in addition is produce seperate charts to display individual performance and I am wondering whether it is possible to query a sheet and use only rows to produce a chart where the value of a certain column is a specified value? In this example, I will have an column to enter the initials of an individual and would like to pull all of the rows which match an individuals initials to produce a chart?
