Separating stack bars??

Sorry, I can't even find the word to describe how I want my chart to look like. I attached a Word document of it.

I basically want 1 stack bar with 5 parts of some percentages. But I want each part to be broken up so that 3 of them are on "top", and the other on the "bottom", and the empty space is equivalent to what the other side has. Does that make sense?

Any help would be much appreciated!
