Pie Chart - Colour Wheel

Hi,

I wonder if anyone may be able to help me - I need to create a colour wheel (as attached) but am really struggling to do this on Excel....seemed so easy but now seems impossible!!

I would rather create it using the chart route rather than anything like Autoshapes and just wondering if any of you guys can point me in the right direction????
