Stop Pivot Chart Re-Formatting itself?

Anyone know how to stop a PivotChart (from a PivotTable) re-formatting itself everytime I change anything on the PivotTable?

I have tried changing the PivotTable properties so that it doesn;t change the formatting, but I can't get the graph to stop it.

VERY frustrating!!

(MS Excel 2000)
