Charting between different worksheets

I have 6 differnet worksheets based on its years. 1996 - 2001.

Each column is represented by different countries, and each row is represented by different types of wine.

The last row is total quantity of wine sold within a certain country.

The graphs must be shown like this:

x - axis = year (1996 - 2001)
y - axis = total quantity of wine

but how do i do this since the value of total wine sold for each year is in a different worksheet? Is there no simple way of doing this apart from copying and pasting the values in to a new and separate worksheet?
