    Adding Name to a chart

    Hello all,
I've built a database of Housing Permit data on a monthly basis back to
1995; approximately 275-300 records per month for a total of approximately 50,000 records. Query has been exported out to Excel; Auto-Filter allows me to access all data for particular city (i.e. Shreveport- Bossier City, LA) and generate chart of the data automatically.

Want to label the chart with the appropriate name, feeding from the auto-filter selection. Can't find way to add label.
One alternative I thought of was to create drop-down list with all the possible names included. With this method I can't get data for all the months to appear in one table. I feel like Auto-filter is my better option but can't get name to feed.

Any ideas you may have would be appreciated.
