    Question speed'0'meter needle

    i hope someone can help me with this.
    i've made a "meter" with the help of excel scatter chart but the needle is quite ordinary.
    Is it possible to add a customized needle to this chart?
    please have a look!

    help wud be highly appreciated....

    there must be a way of doing it....anyways....

    one more question:

    if i rotate a diagram (rectangle) in excel, its pivot lies always around its center.

    is it possible to change that pivot to its one end and then rectangle rotate about that end?

    On the Drawing Toolbar > Draw > Rotate or Flip > Free Rotate, that moves it to any corner
