Question Bar Chart Labels Displaying Outside Graphing Area

Hi everyone, any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated:

The issue I'm having is that when I create my bar graph with the labels displaying on top of my bar graph, the top or bottom most (if a neg. value) labels are not fully contained in the graphing space. (See the attached .gif for an example: see Feb & March for examples.)

I could change the scale so that it is large enough to fit the largest values comfortably, but I don't want to have to re-scale the graph each month I enter in new data.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

    Thanks in advance!!

    either an idea from http://www.andypope.info/charts/StackColTotal.htm

    or something from http://www.appspro.com/Utilities/Utilities.htm
    should help.
