Progress bar in chart

Hello,

I have a table with this data. I would like to create a chart for each "group" where for each project I would like to have a progress bar (in green) according to the dates evolution. "Date 4" should be inferior to "Limit DT" if not the bar should become Red. In the same way if there is no "Date 4" the bar should be red again and the "Limit DT" should be compared to the current date. The difference between dates (and so the progress bar, too) should be calculated in days.

Is there any easy way to do something like this?
