I'd like names on a scatter chart

I have data from a student assessment, which gives me grade level and growth. I have plotted the students data, and would like to be able to tell which student corresponds to which data point. Any ideas? My data is below, and I'm attaching a PDF of what my chart looks like. Thank you!!!
