Bubble Chart - Display X Axis as Month

Hi,

I've bubble charted some data that looks like this:

Site Month Value
(Y) (X) (Bubble)
1 Jan 10
1 Feb 20
1 Mar 30
1 Apr 20
1 May 30
1 Jun 50
1 Jul 40
1 Aug 13
1 Sep 77
1 Oct 16
1 Nov 55
1 Dec 10

Excel interpets the months as a 1 - 12 numeric range and labels them accordingly. I'd like to have the X Axis values display as the month name. I can't format these as they all format to 'Jan' because Excel interpets the numerics as date serials.

Can anyone advise as to how I can display the X values as the month name?

Thanks Bryan, I'd done something similar with a text box. Bit annoying though. I've had this problem before, probably as a result of me using the chart type for a slightly non standard purpose as much as anything

Couldn't see anything on the link to add in labels, am I just being dumb or did you post it more as a general help?

Agree about the annoying, the link was just a general 'Bubble' help, nothing I saw there helped me, but I have never used a bubble chart. The Text Box is probably easier to manipulate, but I had used the Label box previously for similar purposes in different charts, also not quite standard.

Good luck with future Text Boxes, hopefully '2007 will remove this problem.
