Line chart-lot of empty cell

Hello everyone.
I want to make line chart. There are a lot off empty cells in may Data Range, i need what in Data Range will be only not empty cells. How i can do that?
And second problem i need that if value > 0 line color will be red if < 0 then blue if it possible.

it must looks like in attach file.

Try a 2 series positive up - negative down as per the attached.
