Check the SLOPE worksheet function and use it on the data you used to plot
the graph.

Your question is ambiguous. Mangesh mentioned the worksheet SLOPE
function. Another possible answer is from the chart Chart|Add
Trendline, and from the Options tab check Display equation on chart.

You might want to look in Help for LINEST (I think you need to search for
'function LINEST')
This gives slope and intercept and, optionally, some vital stats about these
coefficients.
