Chart to monitor Blood Pressure readings and date

Does any one have any ideas on how to set up a chart to show daily readings
of Blood Pressure? I want to chart readings over one month intervals. Need
to figure out how to insert variables (123/82) and date of reading and get a
    meaningful representation.

RE: Chart to monitor Blood Pressure readings and date

Do you intend to capture BP once a day or more often?

If, for example, you want to take a reading every morning and one every
night then you would set up your spreadsheet with 5 cloumns (date, am
diastolic, am systolic, pm diastolic and pm systolic (can't remember which of
the two is the higher, but you get the drift).

Then, autofill the date column (edit-fill-series... with your month's range).

Select the whole rectangular area and click on the chart wizard. select line
chart and so forth and you should get 4 lines. Add titles etc and decide
where you want the chart to appear. play with colors, line weight etc till
    you're happy.

As you fill in the data, the lines will crawl across the chart.

    Hope this helps,
    Mark

Thanks for the info. I will give it a try and hopefully, be able to show the
Doc on my next visit how things look. I really appreciate the help!
