Different width of columns (series) in clustered charts

    Hi,

Using Excel 2000, does anyone know if it is possible to have the columns for
each of 2 different data series be of different widths?

Rather than have the columns for each side-by-side, I wanted to have them on
top of each other, but with the “top” series narrower 5than the other so both
    could be seen.

I set the series overlap to 100% to achieve the first part, but can’t figure
out how to manipulate the widths directly. I tried to do this indirectly
changing the gap width, but it changes it for both series!

Is what I’m trying to achieve possible in Excel 2000?

    Many Thanks for any suggestions

RE: Different width of columns (series) in clustered charts

    plot both sets of data
on the graph select one column and change its axis to secondaary

Now you can change the widths independantly
