Changing the colour of a chart line based on its value

I've seen this somewhere, and I can't for the life of me remember where...

I generate a delivery KPI every week, and I chart it in a line chart with service level up the left hand side and week number across the bottom.

What I'm trying to do is to set the chart up so that whenever the line drops below a certain value (e.g. 95%) it turns red.

Does anybody know where I can find a tutorial how to do this? Or did I dream this...

Mnay thanks in advance for your help,

    Chris
