Can you give us some more information to work with. Perhaps we can design a
quick template for you if it is not too complicated.
You might also want to investigate Microsoft Money and Intuit Quicken.
Those applications might better suit your needs. Both of these two packages
are meant to track a person's income and expenses.
But if your needs are very simple, you might find Excel easier to work with.
What you might want to provide us with are the major categories of expenses
she incurs. And do you want to record every item or do you want to record
the aggregate? For example, do you want to record her medications as one
cost? Or do you want to record (identify and quantify) each medication
separately?
