Remove 0% and "blanks" from Pie Chart

    Hi Folks,

I'm trying to display a Pie Chart that ignores when the hours worked = 0 or when there is no line item

In the attached Row 13 (Project 6) has had no work done to it for the period 1/7/24 - 28/7/24. Therefore, I'd like for it not to be displayed in the Pie Chart or Chart Legend

Similarly, Rows 16 - 18 have no entries in them. Therefore, I'd like for those not to be displayed until/unless data is entered.

Basically if Column AD = 0 or has no value (it has formula) then don't include in the Pie Chart

I've googled and seen some solutions but am struggling to make it work for me.

Can any of your fine minds help me out with this please.

    Thanking you as always.

    MM

Would you accept a filter type solution? I selected the dropdown in AD7, unchecked the boxes next to 0 and blanks, and then ok to confirm the filter. Those rows were hidden and the chart no longer showed those records. Would a solution like that work for you?

    Thanks MrShorty,

That's the course of last resort. Ideally I'm looking for a solution that's fully automated if possible.

How about this suggestion from Jon Peltier:

If I select the data labels and remove the leader lines and format with a number format code like "0%;;", I can remove the 0% data labels from the chart. Would that work for you?
