Looking for assistance on how to display supplied data

I have room utilization data, total hours and utilization percentage for 17 rooms (day and evening) for 2 fiscal years.

I do not know how to create a visual with the current setup of the information.

I would want to compare room usage per month and yearly, compare room totals between the fiscal years, compare monthly totals between the years.

Do I need to rearrange the data or can I work with it in its existing state? I have tried to insert graphs but nothing is working.

    Thank you
