Creating Multiple bar chart to show differences

Hi,
I'm quite new to excel and I have been struggling to make a multiple bar chart to show differences in assessment. I tried to create one but it never appeared the way I wanted it. I have attached an excel sheet showing a snippet of the data and a picture of the kind of graph I'm wanting to recreate. Please note the x-axis axis would read Complaint, partially Complaint and Not Complaint (not what it is presently showing) while the y-axis will read No of controls. I will appreciate every help on this. Thank you so much.
