Pivot table: matching item name from another sheet and showing unit price with pivot table

I have a pivot table with groups and sub-groups. I want to match the sub-group item name with the reference item price in the next column of the pivot table. I tried to use get the pivot data function to bring the value outside the pivot table and then use the index match function but maybe I can not properly write the formula. When the pivot table change or the number of columns or rows increases or decreases, values are not transferring from pivot table properly and it gives me an error. Can anyone help me with this issue? I have attached a sample Excel file. Please check it.
