Bar chart not displaying properly

Good day,

I am trying to display for 8 department weekly data via a bar chart. the main issue is the column not separating properly 1.PNG, I would like them to show as the following image 2.PNG. I have set "series overlap to -100% and "Gap width" to 0%. Here's the file test.xlsx. What would be the cause?
