move axis titles

Hello everyone,
In the Excel, shown in the file attached: Does Anybody know how to shift the axis X titles one step to the right?
It seems OK at the dialog Box: Select data source,
I cannot understand this difference between the axis titles at the chart and at the dialog box ...

You need to show the actual range being used for Category Axis labels for each series.

Or better yet attach sample workbook so we can check.
