How to modify a Sunburst chart

Dear Sir

I would like to use the Sunburst Chart to make a table seating plan
as i can show guest name and his position in the organisation

For example

Eric - Admin
Peter - Account

When i arrange their seating, i can tell if this is approperiate

However, i found that the alignment of the Sunburst can be adjusted. Is that any way i can amend the alignment
as it seems too small
