Help with finding percentages and pivots

Hello so in this practice job question, the question says

"9. On the ?Workings? sheet use formula and/or pivots to analyse this dataset to identify the percentage of students still retained and graduated at the end of the third year (by course) and the proportion of graduates that received a good honours degree (by course). The columns you require are as follows: ?Course Code?, ?Course Title?, ?Retained?, ?Graduated?, ?Good Honours?"

i have tried to do a pivot table to give me the subvalues of students that are graduateted and retained but i cant do it and the pivot is giving my unlabled rows, i have attached the speadsheet so whomever looks at it can see, but i would really appreciate some insight and help on this as it has been stressing me out the whole day
